The St Lucian beauty, a former Miss Haynes Smith Caribbean Talented Teen winner, also placed first in the Evening Gown segment, while Miss St Vincent won both the Talent and Swimwear segments.
Miss Anguilla captured the Ambassadorial Appearance, the Avon Award and Miss Congeniality, while Miss Trinidad and Tobago bagged the Interview segment, and the Chairman’s Award went to Miss St Thomas USVI Teryssa Thomas.
The overall rankings saw Jovanne John of St Vincent and the Grenadines taking the First Runner-up slot, while Miss St Kitts Trevicia Adams was adjudged Second Runner-up, Miss Anguilla Olufunmike Devonish Banks Third Runner-up, Miss Trinidad and Tobago Latia Drakes Fourth Runner-up, and the Fifth Runner-up position went to Miss Antigua and Barbuda Shenique Barry.
Also competing were Miss Dominica Ameka Cognet, Miss Jamaica Chadale Smith, Miss St Croix Deidre DuBois, Miss Curacao Miluska Willems, and Miss St John Kinia Blyden.
Miss St Lucia had previously tied for the Haynes Smith Caribbean Talented Teen award in 2009 when she shared the crown with St Kitts’ Berriscia Byron.
Dupal is said to have a passion for the tourism industry and has completed a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management. She currently works as a Concierge/Sales agent at the Morgan Bay Beach Resort in St Lucia.
